1. What are your methods of payment?
We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express, Money Orders and Cashier's Checks. We do not have a C.O.D. program in place and we do not accept personal checks.
2. What types of ordering do you accept?
You can place orders on-line through our web site, SunshineDaydream.com.
3. When do you charge my credit card?
When we fill your order, prior to shipping it out.
4. What if items I order are out of stock or back-ordered?
If we are currently out of items you have ordered, we will contact you by e-mail to let you know. We will then try to give you a reasonable time frame in which we should receive the merchandise you've requested and then an approximate shipping time frame. Please Note: Our time frame for back-orders relies on our distributor's stock and shipping time, so any amount of time given is an approximate. We will do all we can to keep you posted.
5. Will I be charged for items out of stock or back-ordered?
No. if we do not have the items in stock, you will not be charged for them. If we get them back in, we will e-mail you and ask for confirmation that you would still like to receive the merchandise, before you are charged and the items are shipped out. If we do not receive confirmation, we will not send out the merchandise and please re-order. |
